Across the river are the C. Reiss coal docks, where ships dump their coal cargoes.

Bridge opened for the vessel named H Lee. White, basically the only cool drawbridge in Green Bay is this one because it's 6 lanes (which means it's more wide then tower drive) and the bridge blows the horn in the same pattern as the ship does if it blows the horn.
