BridgeHunter called the design: "Cantilevered tied arch." But I agree with HistoricBridges that it is a continuous truss.

The Elizabeth Bridge, known officially as the Regis R. Malady Bridge,  located in Elizabeth Borough and West Elizabeth, Allegheny County. The four lane divided bridge carries Route 51 and spans the Monongahela River. The length of the main span is 434.5 feet and the vertical clearance of its deck is 50 feet.
