This is the Blossomland Bridge in St. Joseph, Michigan. It is a bascule bridge that was built in 1948 and carries Michigan State Route 63 over the St. Joseph River.

When I realized that the control tower was missing in all of the above views, I added this roadside view. I included part of the deck to show that it sill has a metal grate. The swing bridge in the background is the Amtrak/PM Bridge.
