| Robert Purchase Jr. posted Stopped here for bait at lock 23 the lock door is leaking alot more with that big hole in it and not much water coming out of the spillway when is the state going to fix this when it fails I guess. IL DNR phone number is 217-782-6302 feel free to call them let them know how you feel about this please. The state of IL is just waiting for the canal to silt in, 90% of the canal is only 2-3 ft deep it used to be 7-8ft when it silts in they will just shut off the water. |
