Museum's comment:
The 1856 W&ARR #49, the "Texas" has arrived! This Civil War-era steam locomotive has an amazing history and has just made an amazing journey. From her home atGrant Park in Atlanta to the N.C. Transportation Museum in Spencer, she's had a long haul. This winner of the "Great Locomotive Chase of 1862" will reside at the museum through most of 2016, undergoing historical research and restoration work by Scott Lindsay's Steam Operations Corporation. Check out what it took to unload one of Atlanta's treasures and put her back on the tracks! In late 2016, she'll be headed to a new home at the Atlanta History Center's Buckhead Campus.
I saved this video because it not only has a nice view of a 4-4-0 locomotive, but because it shows a crane rotating almost 180 degrees.

A newspaper article about the transport.

Update: They first had to get it out of the basement of the Atlanta Cyclorama.
