Was CN/EJ&E's Joliet Yard

Moved to Towns and Nature. I started the precedent that Joliet is not part of the Chicagoland area. Once I noticed that, I do not agree with that decision. But I need to remain consistent so that I can more easily find topics concerning Joliet. So please follow the "moved to" link.
