Jay Wilson Marion 7400, most popular dragline made by Marion. 93 produced.
When I Googled, I learned there are two Horse Creek Mines. But this is clearly not the underground mine in West Virginia. I found from an EIS (Environmental Impact Statement) that this mine is next to the southern boundry of Campbell County, WY.
