Cable Stayed Bridge for I-10 over Mobile River in Mobile, Al
(Satellite, currently, it is two tunnels: 4-lanes and 2-lanes) (source: Manitowoc 12000 driving pilings to test the soil.)
The tunnels are congested, so the plan is to build a 6-lane bridge and double the Bayway to an 8-lane highway at an elevation above the 100 year storm. [wkrg]
Of note, it will be the second tallest bridge over water in the US, and it will probably cost close to $2 billion. Cochran Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge that is already in the area.
