Judging from the comments, this plant used to make trucks, then switched over to making farm equipment. Satellite?

Robert Vanatta This plant became a navistar plant use to make paystars there an some other class 7-8 trucks but closed now.

Steve Hoshel This plant ended its days as a Case-IH plant building seed drills, planters and tillage machinery. The IH plant in Chatham, ON went to Navistar and was also closed, although after the Hamilton plant.
