Jack Stoner posted Late afternoon, May 7, 2007 finds CSX intermodal train Q138 crossing Kessler bridge over the Potomac river. Magnolia and Kessler bridges were the two major bridges constructed during the B&O Magnolia Cutoff line relocation project of the early 1900's. |
This bridge was built along with the Magnolia Bridge as part of the B&O's 1914 Magnolia Cutoff.
