CN and CP Bridges over Red River in Winnipeg, MB, Canada

I know the Strauss heel-trunnion bridge is CN from the following photo, so I assume the other bridge is the other railroad in Canada.

Canadian National SD40 5162 (built 1971 became BNSF SD40-2 7300 then BNSF 6961 then MJRX 6961) hauls a grain train through downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba - October 20, 1994. Look close and you can see the train on the bridge in the background.
It appears Via uses CN for their transcontinental train in Winnipeg.
