Van Buren Street Bridge

When I got the satellite link, I noticed they were working on the bridge again so I captured that point in time below.

Update:
Chicago Loop Bridges explains that the new bridge was built while the old one was still operational.

Now they just close it for months for auto traffic. At least they are trying to keep the pedestrian crossing open most of the time because of the Union Station commuter traffic that uses it.
