Sequentially numbered Norfolk Southern GP60's 7149 and 7148 on Amtrak's main crossing Trail Creek in Michigan City, Indiana on a circa 1905 pin-connected Pratt through truss swing bridge - February 27, 2017.
Between this bridge, the coaling tower, and the street running of the Lake Shore, I really must make a trip to this town. Amtrak owns this Michigan Central route from Porter, IN to Kalamazoo, MI and runs some segments at 110mph.

Bridges & Tunnels by Sherman Cahal posted four photos with the comment:
This distinctive swing bridge is the only example of its kind still standing in #Indiana. The rail line was originally developed as part of the Central Railroad of Michigan’s westward expansion toward Chicago and opened in 1851. The present bridge was built in 1905 and remains in active use.
The line later passed into the hands of the New York Central Railroad, Penn Central, and Conrail. Today, the bridge continues to serve railroad traffic under Norfolk Southern and is also used by Amtrak's Wolverine service.
