This bridge was built when the
Bull Shoals Dam was built.
The lake is a dam reservoir and we can see that the lake level fluctuates quite a bit.

All the braces were bent in the same place all the way down the bridge. ( stupid trucks ! ) This one was broken.. |

posted five photos with the comment: "Brave workers building the US 160 bridge at Theodosia crossing the Little North Fork of the White River, which was becoming an arm of Bull Shoals Lake) November, 1952."

Bull Shoals Lake flooded the Little North Fork White River. That makes me wonder where the Big North Fork is. When I Googled "Little North Fork White River," I got some results that included "Little". When I Googled "Big North Fork White River," I got results for just "North Fork White River." So I guess there is no "Big." So why have a "Little?"
