BRC's main yard is their
Clearing Yard. But they also had this yard near their northern terminus at the Milwaukee Road tracks. I got the name from the 1915 map below. It was south of North Avenue, went over Division Street and was north of Chicago Avenue.
According to topo maps, this yard was built between 1891 and 1900.

It appears that the
C&NW Cragin Yard, which was east of this yard, was not yet built by 1900.
