C&NW Rosehill Yard and Temple Steel

(Satellite, the Montessori School was built on the yard's land)

Robert Daly posted a photo of this view before they installed the fence across the tracks. And there was not as much rock on the tracks.

Tempel Steel still exists. The red curve shows the remnant we see in the above street view. The yellow curve is another obvious remnant because of the "chopped" building and the track still showing.

They were founded in 1945. [history]  That would explain why a lot of the land in this aerial was yet to be developed. Rosehill Yard is along the right side of the aerial.

I include the scale in this excerpt to show that the lead to this yard descends from an elevated track to grade level in just a couple-hundred feet.
