Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge over Missouri River between Omaha, NE and

There are only three road bridges across the Missouri River at Council Bluffs, IA, and two of them are Interstate highways. The only road bridge that allows pedestrians is on the far south side.

Mark A Shamblen: Kerry/Epstien walking bridge for Nebraskas homeles populatiom [Kerry's name appears in the Epstein files. I've learned about other bridges that are between government jurisdictions that neither side will police the bridge and that it becomes a location for the homeless.]
