Aliance Casting, PTC Alliance, and Train Trucks

A comment concerning a posting for the Alliance, OH, PRR depot indicated that a lot of train trucks are made in Alliance. Since PTC Alliance makes tubular and bar stock, I assume Alliance Casting makes the train trucks.
