Missouri's Historic Highways posted three photos with the comment: "March 23, 1935 - The new US 65 Bridge over the Lake of the Ozarks at Warsaw opened to traffic. The open spandrel concrete span was replaced in 1974."

MoDOT must have liked open-spandrel bridges because the Old US-65 Bridge at Branson, MO, is similar.
