It looks like the white part has been covered up and the brown part has turned green.

2017 was another wet year.
DesertNews Before this, it spilled in 2011. The article implies that this flow is just 110cfs. The safe channel capacity is 250cfs, and in 2011 it hit 300cfs. 1:11 video of water spilling |
