In the aerial photo on the right,
Bruce, IL is in the lower-right corner and IL-32 runs along the left side. The Wabash enters the top of the photo going north/south along IL-32. It curves its way to the east and leaves Bruce, IL going
SSW. The following photo zooms in on the river crossing. The Wabash would be the "snake" going from the upper-left to the lower-right.
This road seems to be on the old RoW.
