NYSW: (Bridge Hunter; Satellite)
NYWS&B = New York, West Shore & Buffalo
NYSW = New York, Susquehanna & Western
The top (west) bridge was NYSW and the bottom (east) bridge was NYC. Both are now owned by CSX.

Since both bridges are now owned by CSX, it appears the NYC bridge handles northbound trains while the NYSW bridge handles southbound trains.
River Rail Photo posted Not The Yellow We Expected. On August 17, 2019, CSX K603-17 (Philadelphia, PA - Bensenville, IL) was led by Union Pacific Railroad 1995 (Chicago & North Western/C&NW Heritage, SD70ACe), seen crossing Overpack Creek into Ridgefield Park, New Jersey with the NYC skyline in the background. This unusual visitor had brought loaded ethanol cars on K602 several days prior and was returning the empties. The bridge in the foreground carries trains of the New York, Susquehanna, and Western Railway, whose corporate scheme is yellow and black. Flickr: https://flic.kr/p/2nESsNk River Rail Photo shared |
The rusted span is the NYC girder swing span. The counterweight is part of the NYSW bridge.
