Joe Marascalco posted five photos with the comment: "The north approach of the Yalobusha River bridge on the Grenada Railway burned last night. The cause is still under investigation."
Robbie Koonce IN 1973 THE WATER WAS UP TO THE TRACKS AND WASHED AWAY THE SOUTH SIDE OF THAT BRIDGE.....

Technically, I should also label this as a "deck" and "trestle" bridge as well. It is a real hodgepodge of spans. They also run tourist trains out of Batesville. But I have never seen a web site before that is so "fancy" but has so little information. I can't tell if the trains runs north or south out of Batesville, let alone how many miles it runs. But I doubt if it makes it down to this bridge.
