Semi-Tractors Doing Wheelies

According to the comments, they are pulling a Big Boy. And it looks like the Big Boy going up a hill. What I don't understand is why they built a frame on the trucks to attach the cable high in the air. That height is what is providing the leverage to lift the front wheels off the road.

If you click the picture, you should be able to see the comments on Ernie's posting. I verified the group is public. But the highlights are 144 under the loco and 192 total from 96 wheel sets. "That was when 4023 was moved to the new kenefick park back in 2005." Unfortunately, I don't know where that is.
